The subject, a small Globite school case from my childhood, resurfaced while decluttering my son’s room, filled with remnants of his own fleeting years. It’s survived countless moves, much like the emotional baggage we unknowingly carry. Therapy sessions invited me to unpack its symbolic weight—not filled with trauma, but with unnoticed childhood experiences shaping adult patterns. Painted with acrylic, overlaid with oils and cold wax, the layers reflect how our histories subtly show through, even when buried.
