Delivery Policy

Effective Date: 24th March 2025

We want you to receive your artwork or products safely and promptly. Here’s how we handle delivery, shipping times, and other useful info.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Australia (domestic)

  • Selected international destinations (please contact us if you’re unsure whether we ship to your location)

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to get in touch at aprill@aprill.net and we’ll see what we can do!

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer—details will be listed on the product page.

We'll email you as soon as your order is on its way.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on location:

  • Australia: 3–10 business days after dispatch

  • International: 7–21 business days after dispatch

Delays may occasionally happen due to postal service issues or customs delays. We’ll do our best to keep you informed if anything changes.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • Orders over AUD $180 may qualify for free shipping (where available).

  • Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (if applicable). Not all small items include tracking, but we’ll let you know what to expect.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

We pack all artwork and products with care. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll work to make it right.

If your parcel appears lost, get in touch and we’ll investigate with the shipping provider. Please allow a reasonable time for delivery before reporting an item as missing.
