Hello readers.. I have a recipe challenge for you.
I have some filo pastry in my freeZer. Been there for yonks. I want to use it. I don’t want to make spinach and feta triangles. Too fiddly, and cheap enough to buy pre-made.
What can I make with it?
Cheese Twists….. just cut into strips and sprinkle with grated cheese, fold over and twist. Bake until golden. You can add chilli salt, black pepper or other spices to flavour.
Great for grazing ….. store in airtight container.
