week one

I’ve completed my first week of kid-delivery obligations and so far it has gone well enough. The mornings still allow room for error but the afternoons are quite rushed. We’re chugging away like a well-oiled machine, though.

Matt’s been away again this week but he’s around today to escort Fraser to soccer training. I hope Fraser enjoys it. He’s already pretty tired this week and is sick of being back at school. He must have enjoyed his holiday too much.

I hear on the radio this morning that a multinational biscuit company is suing a donut maker for naming a product “Iced Dough vo”. It’s too similar to the “Iced Vovo” trademark and their knickers are in a knot.

They’re not ripping you off, fools. You are getting free advertising! I hope you donate your winnings to a deserving charity.

Soup weather is here. Here’s a photo to warm the cockles.
