I’ve completed my first week of kid-delivery obligations and so far it has gone well enough. The mornings still allow room for error but the afternoons are quite rushed. We’re chugging away like a well-oiled machine, though.

week one
35th Annual Festival of muser
We held a little soiree in a local restaurant for my birthday on the weekend. Family and friends travelled from Sydney for lunch, as well as a few local friends and neighbours. We had a great day, and a fun night with some of our friends sleeping over.

If only
If only there was an extra hour in every day. It feels like it made such a difference. Even with a sleep-in, I managed to get most of the kitchen dresser painted, kitchen cupboards washed, played with the boys and long chats with neighbours.
